1:1 Coaching
Begin with a 60-minute consult to review your symptoms, health history, and lab findings to identify the deeper patterns influencing your health.
Returning Clients
Schedule a follow-up session to review labs, refine strategies, and continue supporting your body’s progress toward balance and health.
Order Labs
If possible, please have any lab results sent 24 hours prior to our consult. If you have any concerns regarding which labs to get, guidance can be provided.
New Clients
Before we can meaningfully explore the deeper patterns influencing your health, it’s important to understand the current state of your physiology. Whenever possible, you should arrive with comprehensive laboratory testing. Lab work allows us to move beyond guesswork and examine the metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory signals that reveal how your body is functioning, which determines the clearest strategic next steps.
If You Do Not Yet Have Lab Work
You are still welcome to schedule a consultation. During our session we can review your health history and discuss which laboratory testing may be most helpful moving forward.
New clients begin with a 60-minute consultation, which allows sufficient time for review.

Returning Clients
Follow-up sessions allow us to refine and adjust your approach as your body responds. Health is dynamic. As physiology shifts, new information emerges, and strategies often needs to evolve. Returning client sessions provide space to review progress, interpret new data, and continue supporting the systems that influence your health. These help ensure that your health plan remains responsive, personalized, and aligned with how your body is evolving over time.
These sessions may include:
Lab Review Consultations
Interpreting new or updated laboratory results and translating those findings into practical next steps.
Strategy & Progress Sessions
Evaluating how your body has responded to previous recommendations, refining protocols, and addressing new questions or developments in your health journey.
Ongoing Health Guidance
Supporting long-term metabolic balance, hormonal health, lifestyle adjustments, and nervous system regulation as your body continues to adapt and restore balance
